Brief Summary:
Amrita Watson is heading this project with Magnar King and Shane Windemere assisting. They are putting together a study guide that can be used to help get new ghouls or even new kindred educated on the basics of what they need to know as new members of Kindred society in the Los Angeles area.
Copies will be available upon request at The Asylum VIP section but are not to be taken out of the VIP section under ANY circumstance. There will also be special copies that can be checked out and taken outside of the VIP that are created with the Encrypt Missive ritual to prevent them from posing a danger to The Masquerade.
The study guide covers the basics of what Kindred and Ghouls are and the expected behavior for the most strict traditional Kindred with notation that there will be many who are more relaxed but it is always best to error on the side of caution.
There will also be a very mild introduction to the other supernatural creatures they are likely to encounter as well as hunters. The werewolf information largely consists of how they are basically death incarnate to the new members of the society and even elders should use extreme caution with them.
The Masquerade and Prestation are explained along with the very basics of the Sects. The Kindred of Note are briefly talked about in the sense of what a new member should know but nothing that gives away any secret information. There is also a basic history of the area.
While this was researched with Occult, it is more intended to be an aid for helping educate Retainers as opposed to increasing that skill by the Regnant/Sire/etc.
